· Interfere with or disrupt the App’s normal operation

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All images, designs, and interactive content available in the App are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content may be used only within the App for personal enjoyment. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content is not permitted without authorization.

Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement should first be addressed through good-faith negotiations with the App developer. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts located in the user’s jurisdiction, as permitted by applicable law.

Users retain any rights granted under mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
